PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP 1
Initial Quote
You send us any information you have about your project, such as rough sketches, rough dimensions, inspiration pictures, and architectural drawings. We'll talk through your space, needs, style, and budget, then create a preliminary quote. The more information provided, the more accurate the initial quote. No cost, no commitment.
STEP 2
Deposit
Once you're ready to get started, you'll pay a $1,000 deposit. This deposit is credited in full toward your project.
STEP 3
Design & Revisions
We create your custom cabinetry design and layout, and refine it together through your included rounds of revisions. If we will install, we verify site dimensions. If we are providing only the cabinetry and someone else is installing, you or your contractor is responsible for providing us with verified measurements.
STEP 4
Final Drawings & Quote
Once the design is finalized, we present complete drawings and an itemized quote for your review and sign-off.
STEP 5
Home Improvement Contract or Sales Agreement
If you decide to move forward, we prepare a Home Improvement Contract (for installed projects) or Sales Agreement (if you are purchasing cabinetry only) covering the final price, payment schedule, and timeline. A deposit of 30% of the final price is due at signing, minus the $1,000 initial deposit.
STEP 6
Production & Installation
Your cabinets are built and installed or delivered according to the signed drawings and contract. For installed projects, a further 50% deposit is due before installation and final payment is due once you're satisfied with the work. For delivered projects, final payment is due before or upon delivery.
WHAT TO EXPECT REGARDING TIMING
Below are estimates, not guarantees.
Initial quote: 3–5 business days, longer for some specialty items.
Designs and design revisions: 5 business days.
Cabinetry production time: Varies by project. Often 8 weeks after Contract or Sales Order is signed.
Cabinetry installation: Varies by project. Often a 1-day to 3-day initial install plus a return trip or two in the following weeks for punch list items.
